Overview
The Information Services Department is responsible for administrating, maintaining and securing all computer-related equipment, hardware, software and systems for the City of Fairlawn. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Support for all Administrative personnel employed at the City of Fairlawn
- 24/7 support for the City's state-of-the-art Police and Fire departments
- Maintaining City's Cyber Security Defensive Measures
- Cyber Security Employee Training
- Local Support of Police Department's Mobile Computers
- Upgrading, Installing, Programming City's Network switches and Firewall
