Applications - Permits/BZA/Planning Comm./Licenses

Out of an abundance of caution, and to be consistent with recommendations from federal, state and county health authorities, in an attempt to contain the COVID-19 virus, access to City Hall has been restricted for the duration of this health crisis.  The Building and Zoning Department is still accepting all applications.  The preferred method of submittal is electronically (see below). If you must drop off hard copies, a drop station has been set up at the entry to City Hall. Thank you for your cooperation.

Printed forms can be forwarded via e-mail to: bldg_zoning@fairlawn.us , faxed (330) 668-9546, or mailed to the Zoning, Housing & Residential Building Department.  Fillable forms, along with any additional required documents, can be emailed to or printed and forwarded to the department.
