[ARCHIVED] Fairlawn Beautification Day or Large Item Pick Up Day

“Bill Stalker Fairlawn Clean Up and Beautification Day”, also known as “Large Item Pick-Up Day” will be taking place on Saturday May 20th starting at 7:00 AM.

The large item pick-up is limited to items that are difficult to dispose of through normal channels.  This includes washers, dryers, mattresses, sofas, televisions, etc.  If you are discarding a refrigerator, the doors must be removed as required by state law.  Large item pick-up DOES NOT INCLUDE:  normal trash, leaves, grass, brush, or any other yard waste, household rubbish, concrete or asphalt, heavy construction or demolition materials, paints, chemicals or any other household hazardous waste.  

Please make arrangements to have your large items at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on Saturday May 20, 2023.  City crews will not be responsible for items placed at the curb after 7:00 a.m.
