The Council of the City of Fairlawn will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024, at Fairlawn City Hall, on the subject of AMENDING AND/OR SUPPLEMENTING SECTION 1248.04 “PROHIBITED USES" OF CHAPTER 1248 “PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL DISTRICTS”; TITLE SIX “ZONING”; PART TWELVE “PLANNING AND ZONING CODE” OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FAIRLAWN, OHIO by adding Section (e): No adult use cannabis operators shall be permitted in any zoning district pursuant Ohio R.C. 3780.25. Adult use cannabis operators include all marijuana cultivators, processors, or dispensaries.
