The Council of the City of Fairlawn will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2023, at Fairlawn City Hall, on the subject of Approving the Rezoning of 555 S. Cleveland-Massillon Road identified as Parcel #0902095, from R-1 Single Family Residence District to M-3 Municipal District (Quasi-Public) and Parcel #0903935 from R-2 Single Family Residence District to M-3 Municipal District (Quasi-Public). A copy of Ordinance 2023-076 will be available for inspection at www.fairlawn.us or at City Hall during regular business hours.
