[ARCHIVED] Referendum Petition for Ordinance 2022-031A was submitted to the Clerk of Council on July 6, 2022

PUBLIC NOTICE

On Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at approximately  3:42 p.m., a petition was submitted  to the Clerk of 

Council for a referendum on Fairlawn City Ordinance 2022-031A.   As required by Section

731.34 of the Ohio Revised Code, the referendum  petitions shall be kept open and made available 

for public inspection at Fairlawn City Hall during regular business hours for a period of ten days. 

Any  request  to  inspect  the  petitions  or  to  obtain  a copy  of  the petitions should be 

directed to:
