The City of Akron Water Distribution Division will be conducting a water main flushing program beginning Friday September 24, 2021.
The Water Department will be flowing hydrants from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday throughout the City of Fairlawn. Discoloration of water is likely to appear. We urge our residents to check their cold water for discoloration prior to drawing water for cooking and for use in automatic washers and dishwashers.
