The Council of the City of Fairlawn will hold a Public Hearing at 6.45 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Fairlawn City Hall, on the subject of Rezoning a Parcel of Land on Winchester Road identified as Parcel 09-01964 from R-1 Single Family Residence District to M-2 Municipal District (Parks & Recreation) for the purpose of adding this parcel to the existing parkland. A copy of Ordinance 2016-019 will be available for inspection at www.cityoffairlawn.com or at City Hall during normal business hours.
