Fairlawn City Code Section 404.11 Towing Review Board
The Towing Review Board of the City of Fairlawn was formed in 2024 to evaluate the towing policies and the rotational lists of towing companies employed by the Fairlawn Police Department. This board shall convene to assess and address complaints regarding towing companies and possesses the authority to issue warnings or suspend companies that fail to adhere to the regulations set forth by the Towing Review Board.
