Fairlawn City Code Chapter 285 City Records Commission

The City Records Commission provides rules for the retention and disposal of City records, and reviews and approves all applications for one-time disposal of obsolete City records and all schedules for the retention and disposal of City records for all of the City’s offices, departments, divisions, boards and commissions prior to the submission of such applications and schedules to the Ohio Historical Society and Auditor of State for their approval.
