Chapter 291.011(e) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Fairlawn provides detailed information regarding this program.
On November 21, 2022, Fairlawn City Council passed Ordinance 2022-042A amending Chapter 291 which allows residents to apply for reimbursement for installation of the following:
- Electric panels;
- Wiring; or
- Other electrical equipment which installation was recommended due to safety concerns.
